If you’re selling a property and require professional help with conveyancing (the legal process of selling a property), we can guide you through the process from start to finish from only £579 inclusive of VAT.

Conveyancing begins when a property sale is agreed. Our conveyancer will complete all the necessary legal work to facilitate the sale transaction. Specifically, this includes:

  • Arranging an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate)
  • Applying for the title deeds
  • Obtaining the mortgage redemption figure from the lender
  • Preparing the financial statement
  • Receiving the buyer’s deposit
  • Obtaining a settlement figure for any mortgage
  • Approving the transfer deed and arrange for signature
  • Receiving any advance monies
  • Redeeming the existing advance from the lender
  • Paying off the mortgage (if any)
  • Handing over the deeds
  • Accounting to you for the balance of monies received
